Do you offer samples?

We offer wax melt samples available to purchase which come in groups of 2. These can be checked out as normal.

We also send free wax melt samples and other freebies where possible, when introducing new scents.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a wide range of payment methods including Visa, Apple Pay, American Express and Google Pay.

How long will it take to ship to me?

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order is successfully submitted, our small team will process your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched.

Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification to confirm shipment. This will contain your tracking information, if selected at checkout, along with an estimated delivery date. You should receive your order within 2-5 business days, depending on your chosen delivery method. Packages are not shipped on weekends and local public holidays.

Please note that our standard delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of Stately Candles and our courier’s control. These factors may include but are not limited to; extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc.
Additionally, please note that during busy periods and promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.

What is your return policy?

We are sure you are going to love your order, however if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non ­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
