Orders & support

Do you offer samples?

We offer wax melt samples available to purchase which come in groups of 2. These can be checked out as normal.

We also send free wax melt samples and other freebies where possible, when introducing new scents.

What payment methods do you accept?

Absolutely! Subscribe to our emails to be the first to know about our exclusive offers.

Can I add to my order?

We are unable to add anything further to your order once you've placed it. If there is something else you'd like to purchase, the best way would be to place a new order.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Orders are hand poured & shipped within 2-5 working days.

Packages are not shipped on weekends and local public holidays.

Please note that our standard delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of Stately Candles and our courier’s control. These factors may include but are not limited to; extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc.

Additionally, please note that during busy periods and promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.

I haven't received a confirmation email

Once you have placed an order, you will see a page to confirm that
your order was successful. This will include your order number and the
email address used for the order.

During busier times, there may be a
delay, but you will normally receive an email confirming your order
within a few hours - so don't worry if you haven't received it
straight away! 

If after this time, you have not received your confirmation, please get in touch.

I haven't received my package yet, what should I do?

We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, however sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery.

If you haven't received your delivery after 1 week please contact us.

Shipping & returns

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Subscribe to our monthly mystery box and shop guilt free, knowing your products will be shipped to you completely free of charge!

What is your guarantee and refund policy?

We are sure you are going to love your order, however if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non ­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What if my item arrives damaged?

In the event that your product appears defective/damaged, we will ensure this is resolved as soon as possiblle. In this event, please email
support@statelycandles.com with pictures of the issue and an
explanation of the issue/s.

I have received the wrong product/quantity, what should I do?

If you receive your package, and it is not as you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to correct our mistake as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel or amend my order?

Once your order has gone through, you will be unable to cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible in order for us to help.

What is a wax melt?

Wax melts are candles without wicks. They can be melted in burner to emit gorgeous scents throughout your home.

Unlike candles, wax melts do not disintegrate.

How do I use my wax melts?

Simply place a wax melt into your burner and place a tea light underneath. Leave to melt and enjoy the gorgeous aromas that fill the room.

What size tealight should I use for my wax melts?

You should use a small 4 hour tea light for your wax melts.

Wax melts should never be burnt for more than 4 hours at a time. Over heating can cause the scent to wear off faster and can cause your burner to overheat and crack.

How do you get a wax melt out of the burner?

Place a 4 hour tea-light under your burner and allow approximately 20-30 seconds for the base of the dish to heat, this may take longer depending on the size of your burner. This will melt the bottom of your used wax melt. You want to aim for the bottom of your wax melt to liquefy, whilst ensuring the top is still solid.

Then, from the side, give the wax melt a gentle push in a sweeping motion and should slip straight out.

These can be stored away approriately to burn again another time or simply disregard.

Are your soy wax melts compatible with electric burners?

Yes, our wax melts can be used in elecric and ceramic burners.

As electic burners can burn to a varied temperature, please follow the manufactures instructions in regards to burn times.

How long does the scent last?

Our wax melts have a scent throw for up to 20 hours pet melt!

What type of wax do you use?

All of our products are made with soy wax.

Soy wax is a vegetable wax made from the oil of soy beans. It is eco-friendly, toxin free and biodegradable.

Are your products safe to use around pets?

Stately Candles only source ingredients that conform to the highest safety standards set out by the IFRA. However, no two dogs are the same and animals are susceptible to allergies just like us.

It has also been estimated that dogs can smell anywhere from 1,000 to 10,000 times better than people. Therefore, we would advise against burning your candles in close proximity to your pets, and leave door open for them to exit the room if they so wish.

Regardless, always keep any products out of reach of animals, so that they can not be ingested.
